Leadership Workshop Series
Open to anyone, WISE Leadership Cohorts and Workshops bring together driven professionals for hands-on workshops, small group cohorts, and guest speaker panels offered both in-person and online.

Topics cover leadership development, public speaking and executive presence, and entrepreneurship. Whether you're preparing to lead a team, launch a venture, or find your voice in the room, there's a place for you here.
Literacy Builders Program
Throughout the school year, WISE members volunteer as mentors at Community First School, working one-on-one with students to provide academic support and tutoring.

It's a consistent commitment that goes beyond a single visit. By showing up regularly, our members build real relationships with students and offer the kind of steady encouragement that makes a lasting difference. For many of the young people we work with, having a mentor who believes in them is just as important as the academic help itself.
Community Conversations
WISE Community Conversations are spaces where people come together to talk, share, and connect in a real way.

Each conversation is shaped by the experiences in the room, covering topics like personal growth, wellness, relationships, and life’s everyday challenges. Whether you want to speak, listen, or just feel a sense of connection, you’re welcome here.
Warm Meals, Open Hearts
A few times a year, WISE members come together to support shelters and community organizations serving individuals and families in need across our communities.

Volunteering looks different every visit: preparing and serving meals, donating essential goods, fundraising, and spending time with residents. It’s one of the most meaningful ways our members show up beyond the workplace, and a reminder that the strength we build together is most powerful when we give back.
Back-To-School
Community Fest
WISE partners with local schools and community organizations for back-to-school initiatives that help students start the year with what they need.

Members come together to donate supplies, pack and distribute backpacks, fundraise, and volunteer during each event.​
It’s a true team effort and a reminder of what we can do when we show up for the youth in our communities.
